I started with Mytriathlon in 2016 because I was planning to participate in my first IM triathon, and needed some structured coaching and advices. An experienced coach is the solution. Let's face it, triathlon can be a confusing sport! Fortunately, my coach is not only a competitive triathlete, but he is also a certified trainer in this sport. When I switched to triathlon, my coach gave me specific workouts to focus on my weaknesses and build my confidence in sports that were new to me.
