I started triathlons in 2015. In the very same year, I purchased my bike and joined the MyTriathlon community. The training programs provided by MyTriathlon carried me through 3 olympic distance triathlon’s, 2 half-ironman and 1 marathon.
Thanks to the training, guidance and support provided by My Triathlon, I reached all of my athletic goals in my very first year of the sport! The training plans were adapted to my busy professional and personal life. Not only were they easy to follow, but they produced results and provided me the confidence and motivation to take on additional races.
Now that I discovered the triathlon world, I will not stop there! I’m currently preparing for my first marathon (Ottawa Marathon) and plan to do another half-ironman in 2016. MyTriathlon provides customized plans, perfect for anyone from the triathlete newbie looking to get into the sport, to seasoned athletes wanting to improve performance. Thank you MyTriathlon!

A Coach will make it better. Let’s face it, triathlon can be a confusing sport! Luckily, my Coach is not only a triathlete himself, but is also certified in triathlon coaching. As I transitioned from running to triathlon, my Coach gave me workouts to focus on my weaknesses and build my confidence in the sports that were new to me. All those hours in the pool and on the bike trainer this winter? I can say they have definitely paid off!
